Joining and Renewing Your JOC membership
Thank you for your interest in membership in the Jaguar Owners Club (JOC)
of the five county Los Angeles area. We welcome all Jaguar enthusiasts!
The JOC is one of the largest and oldest Jaguar clubs in the country,
chartered in 1955. Membership in the JOC introduces you to a large and
diverse group. Our membership of over 400 consists of all kinds of Jaguar
lovers: do-it-yourself restorers, pre-war car owners, XK lovers, E-type
enthusiasts, vintage racers, and newer model owners. There are cars from
every Jaguar era in the Club. This diversity makes membership in JOC
very rewarding. Knowing others with similar interests can help you get the
most out of owning your Jaguar. We have many varied activities including a
local club sponsored Concours d'Elegance, various driving tours,
restoration seminars and tech sessions, tours to places of automotive
interest, and other social events including a gala Holiday Party.
Membership entitles you to our monthly newsletter " Jaguar Tales,"
which
reports on our events and keeps members informed of all Jaguar-related activities
in the Southwest area. It also includes restoration tips and insights helpful to
members. Jaguar Clubs of North America (JCNA) membership is included. JCNA
provides for nationally sanctioned Concours d'Elegance competitions, rallies,
and slaloms. JCNA produces the bimonthly magazine "The Jaguar Journal".
The Journal covers affiliated clubs' events and concours, Jaguar restoration
tips, and reports on Jaguar models old and new. It also keeps members
informed about upcoming events throughout the country. JCNA provides for
discounts on Jaguar Cars archives services ( you may be able to obtain a
Jaguar Daimler Heritage Certificate for your car), and Jaguar publications such
as service manuals.
We are sure you will find our group an enthusiastic and enjoyable
one and we would love to have you join us
